livemocha.com
I found a really really great free internet language site online--livemocha.com, which you haven't mentioned anywhere I can find on your site.
It has free online courses for many languages (from English, Spanish, French, to Russian, Mandarin, and even languages like Bulgarian, Hungarian, Finnish, Polish etc. Over twenty or thirty, I'd say!) which uses the immersion method, similar to Rosetta Stone, but with some extra benefits.
You can interact with other learners from around the world learning the same language as you, or native in your language and learning your native language. There are no strings attached--just a username and email (for the site only, if you choose) required, but your real name, country, age, and a picture are also options. Assignments include matching, etc., and also submitting a written assignment which is graded by your friends on livemocha or a teacher.
The downsides--comparing it to Rosetta Stone, the quality simply isn't as good, and there also is no voice recognition. Also, and I'm not sure, but I don't think that it will take you all the way to fluency in your language. An intermediate-advanced level, in which you will be able to get around easily and with a dictionary, probably read many things in your language, is all you will attain. However, it is still by FAR the best free online language resource I have found which covers many languages, not just one.
