Pimsleur Hebrew Review

Hebrew I Audio CD by Pimsleur.

I like the program very much. I found it an easy and fun way to study the Hebrew language in my spare time. I think was very effective in teaching me the basics. I also went the free njop.org classes at the same time ( to study the letters). It gave me the skills to deal with real life situations, the kind of situations that REALLY happen. I could listen to the cd whenever I wanted going to the store, waiting at the doctors office, whenever. Even if I only had five minutes, I could still study. Although I think that the voice can get a little bit tedious, when you are trying too study when you should be going to sleep! Still I like that I can now ask for directions and understand them when I get them! Also I can now ask for the price on various items and even try to bargain people down. I can also engage in “small talk”. And with today’s world being what it is the section on culture, courtesy, safety and travel requirements will come in handy to any prospective traveler. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to learn Hebrew.
