while the software is great. It causes too many troubles to use it. You will likely spend 3x as much time troubleshooting the software and communicated with a customer service that is not helpful at all resolving your issues than actually using the SW itself. I would wait till they have figured out how to to make this software bug free in the installation and that it allows you to be installed various times. Once you have a bug the only way of resolving is to reinstall the software. However you can only install it 2 times then it stops working altogether. If you don't have your original purchase receipt then the company is not willing to help you further.
