verbal reminders
Create labels (that can easily be removed)and employ them to translate the name of every day objects you frequently use where you live or work. If you don't automatically know the word you can start with a dictionary and begin the process of applying your new language in every day life so that when you start conversing with others the vocabulary comes to mind
more quickly and naturally.
